I don’t think I could trust someone else with my work. How can I be assured of consistent quality?
By choosing Standard Color, you’re choosing the industry standard for rich, balanced color and realistic skin tones. We not only use the best methods and technology, orders are checked for quality control.

What if I’m blazing my own trail and my style is far from industry standard?
When you choose Custom Color, we work closely with you to duplicate your techniques and signature style.

Is my signature style safe?
Custom settings, actions, or presets you provide will not be provided or revealed to anyone outside of Colorati or used on other client work.

I have someone I use in house for all my post needs.
That may be the answer for you! We are always here for you, rain or shine, night or day and if one of us gets sick or takes a vacation, your studio won’t know the difference!

How do I send you my files?
USB hard drives like the Western Digital Passport are preferred, though you may also use high capacity USB flash drives. Feel free to send DVDs, but limit DVD submission to one per order. (Spanning several thousands of images across multiple discs just gets messy!) Once your work is complete, we ship it back to you on your USB media.

What about FTP?
Please contact us to see if FTP is the right solution for you.

What software do you use to correct my images?
We use Adobe Photoshop CS3 Camera Raw.

What about Lightroom?
We love Lightroom! Individual image adjustments are saved into XMP files compatible with
Lightroom. Import the XMPs and watch your Raw files update into professionally color corrected images.

What format do you output?
Any format you want! Our standard is JPEGs in sRGB color mode at 300ppi. If you have a
different preference, just let us know.
